The basics of the AK-47

Second Amendment Sports is excited to offer a new class: The Basics of the AK-47. The Ak-47 is the most prolific firearm in the world, known for it’s incredible durability and reliability on the battlefield. This is a perfect class for those with no experience with the rifle as well as those well versed in it’s operate. This class is offered in conjunction with Krebs Custom which is a manufacturer of the finest custom AK-47s and parts in the country. We will cover the history, maintenance, and operation of the AK including range time.

WHAT TO BRING

1. AK-47 or AK74
2. 2 magazines
3. 60-80 rounds of brass case/lead core ammunition (no steel case/bi-metal allowed on range) **
4. Eye protection **
5. Ear protection **
6. Cleaning kit
7. AK sight adjustment tool
8. Chamber flag
9. Sense of humor and be ready to have fun **

** Mandatory

Ownership of an AK is not necessary for the class. We offer AK rental if needed.

** If you do not bring the appropriate ammo, you will not be able to partake in the shooting portion of the course. Feel free to bring your ammo in store prior to the class for verification.
